I can’t thank enough. I went originally through a large mob in Brendale - over 1000 5star reviews. Worst decision ever. They stuffed me around for over a month and I had to keep following up. They then told me no one touches people who want bridging finance (even though they advertise it) because the banks don’t make enough money out of it. Very depressing I can tell you. Then I found this organization - and within 24hrs had a loan. Seriously don’t bother going to these big wigs they don’t care. I can’t recommend Phillip Jenkins highly enough! Phillip helped me when I bought my house, and more recently he also helped me refinance my mortgage.
